I don't know when they'll be shipping it, but I can confirm that you'll get a later version. The July beta CDs have Visual Studio 6.0 Release Candidate 1. As for the SQL Server beta, you can now order it from the MS web site for something like $9 including shipping. I got it last week and it looks very hot!
