Well it doesn't seem to be there.
I have found that items flagged for followup do now appear in the mail list when I click on "Tasks", but that doesn't seem to be puttable under "Favoutites" to have it in my face all the time.

Is there some 'compatibility mode' that you may be operating in?

The only folders under "Search" are: "Categorized mail", "Large mail" and "Unread mail".
