My build for vfp 9 is 3504, I haven't got around to trying out Sedna as yet and wouldn't install it on my development machine yet as it is only a CTP.

You selected VFP8 SP1 as the version when creating this thread so I thought you were talking about that version.

I am not sure what your actual problem is, but you can always change the version compatibility within SQL Server to whichever version you want and then change it back to another version.

I can't remember the SQL command to do that, but there should be an option in SSMS as well.

Hope this helps

>I inharited this workstation, and has VFP 9.0 sp2 (build 4611) already installed. Yesterday, I attempted to upsize (with the wizard) our database to SQL 2005. The upsize did occur, but the SQL database was created as a 6.5 compatible. Now I can access the SQL database or even remove it.

SQL Server has a problem reading 6.5 databases. Does anyone know a tool that can upsize VFP tables to SQL Server 2005?

>>>Thanks
Frank.
