I don't think Rick treated you like a child. I think he gave a great answer to someone who, for whatever reason, hasn't processed the previous 'adult-like' responses. <s>

VFP is a product - .NET is a platform. Every major trend of the VFP product has been downward for several years. While many are disappointed over the news, I'm stunned that anyone would be surprised.

I just saw YAG's reply to you - IMO, whereas you feel you've been harshly criticized, I think you've gotten off light.
