You dont hear much from Netscape anymore

Part of the reason for that, is that they (Netscape) had a series of releases that just plain sucked.

I used Netscape for a few years, even after the first version versions of IE. I didn't really make the full switch until IE5, because Netscape released a series of versions that were really bad.

Having said that, I uninstalled IE7 and am looking at other options. IE7's performance (at least for 'me') is very disappointing.
