Looks like it applies more widely, and that it has been very effective.
The problem is that it is definitely a case of shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. The VFP user base has become too small for MS to concern itself. It's $$$.
I wonder, out of all of the people now upset with MS and demanding action, how many supported the product by buying new versions, attending seminars and user groups, buying and subscribing to publications, getting certification etc.
