>>>I never figured that a Visual FoxPro MVP can say that giving support to Visual FoxPro and the community is a waste of time.
>>
>>That's not what I meant. The way I see it, the issue is closed from MS side. They finally said there will not be a new version. Fox still lives and will for years to come. If this initiative is meant to convince Microsoft to continue, it is a waste of time. That's what I meant. I rather spend my time doing software for my users and also learning new stuff which helps me and my users/bosses too.

>60 seconds of your time will intrude too much on "... doing software for my users and also learning new stuff..."? Gee, you must be one productive soul! Maybe, instead, take 60 seconds out of your blog writing.
>For a MVP to have this attitude is mind-blowing!

Jim,

You seem to misread my message and you seem to misread the "MVP attitude". Do I continue to support the community? Yes. Do I live in a fantasy world where the Roadmap and the announcement (two documents that basically tell the same story) are not for real? No.
