>Late? Now is the time, after the official annoucement, before was the time to push for VFP sales. Remember my sign at the MS Newsgroups asking people to buy and have a legal VFP copy.

>Too little? Yes perhaps, but is better doing anything that complaining and don't doing nothing.

>Anyway for sure that anyone has rights for not signing, I'm not trying to push you and noone into it. Just explaining our reasons.<
Yes I remember your signature. It was good and I mentioned the idea many times in the Spanish language forums. The Roadmap, back in 2005 basically delineated the future and somewhat showed that they where just thinking of Sedna, not updating the VFP core. They did not have a definite date until March 2007 when it was announced, but it was clear almost two years ago. Starting a grass-roots movement to change their minds seems to me to be pointless now. I commend you for the work and for providing a venue for the people that want to sign an open letter, but as I said before I don't see a point to it. I continue to use VFP when needed as I continue to study new technologies as needed. Anybody can and should do the same. VFP will be useful for years to come.
