No, certainly not. Things like position are a good example. For q&d apps, I just set all that up in the IDE. But for anything I'd later rather have my name associated with, size/position are controlled at runtime. Don't you just hate craplets that don't deal well with a form resize?

And of course we're still stuck with some properties that are read-only at run-time (don't get me going on that one! <grrrrr!>). I also would typically set things like label/button captions, etc., at design-time.

It's always a judgement call.
