I have create a general field 'Mypicture' and have been able to insert and *.bmp file into it. However, I would like to insert the image via a program to allow the user to select from a dialog box and add the image themselves. So far, I have to open the general field and Edit->insert object- select "Create from file" and select the bitmap file to add.

If there is a way to do this with a VFP command, it would be greatly appreciated.
