>I may not be talking about the same thing in VS 2003, but to add a folder in the Solution Explorer, you go below the solution icon, right click on the icon (I have no clue what it is called but it is the project name), and select Add and then select New Folder.

Tom, that folder is at the project level. My understanding of what Bonnie said is that you can add a folder at the solution level.
