I noticed today that updating a table installed on my local drive takes a long time (like 2-3 minutes, sometimes more). The table has approximately 150,000 records. The line of code is as following:
=tableupdate(1,.T.,"MyTableName")
I noticed also that the CPU usage goes up to like 50-55% during the update. Also, the status on the Window Task Manager Status goes into "Not responding". However, if I let it go on eventually the update finishes and the status goes back to "Running".
Is the above normal when updating this size table?
