For years farmers have had gas pumps and underground tanks on their property to fill farm machinery with. They were allowed to purchase at wholesale prices. Due to highway safety regulations, pressurized tanks are not allowed in vehicles. However, there are those trucks which carry around all kinds of pressurized tanks on their beds transporting oxygen and god knows what. They have to get to their location somehow I guess. They apply for permits and when approved, they place the required notices on their trucks and drive like maniacs. Stay away from one when you see one!
