They don't appear to have had threatment like it is commonly 'served' at Guantanamo, so they have been in fact 'gifted' by better lack then those for sure.

And yes, he did pardoned them, because if they were catched in Iran territorial waters as it is claimed by Iran, then proceedings leading to release could hv been lot lot longer.

Aldough You might not see it this way, they (Iran) consider themselves just another sovereign country that caught introoders at their backyard. If US navy caught 15 Irranians soldiers in army raft next to St.Thomas, do you think they wld make it home before Ramadan ??

Now, the fact that Irranians so blissfully and cheerfully ignored danger of hostile reaction by 'Democracy4All Alliance', should indulge some people from those shadowy western 'ThickTanks' to rehash their strategies, if not turn that bad cloud of so recognisable AllMightyArrogance into something more productive/positive.

I am sure Irranian President is tankfull for a 'home run'

He got clear chance to deliver simple message which is;
'You cannot push arround Iran just like that' and as bonus
strike, he got whole basket of cheers/scores for domestic use.
