Thanks for the input.
Scrum, Agile , eXProg wont work in this environment.
I just found out today ( my last day) that due to some complex issues with microsoft project server, even if a team works on a task, the hours of that task (cumulated)will be assigned to only one resource...the lead guy
lol. And that was communicated by some proj mgr.
The shows goes on.
