I agree completely with your comments in your other message about the wisdom of independents leveraging frameworks. It would be downright arrogant of me to think I could home grow the functionality of VFE or other frameworks for a few hundred dollars worth of labor. Hubris, as you aptly put it.

And it's good to see Mike and Toni have a new release out, newer than the last one I knew about. I was starting to wonder whether they had split the scene. (And by that I mean a new version of VFE -- saw the news of their other new release on Toni's blog).
