Its called an eliptical trainer - you hold the handles at the top and push/pull whilst stepping on the "pedals". Its kind of a ski action. Not a pretty sight, I might add :) I know what you mean though - I was about 20 minutes into my session with a other 25 to go and I suddenly thought that Charles may misunderstand what I had said. I just wanted to get off there and then and clarify the situation. I thought better of it but it was on my mind for the rest of the session <bg>.

Its been a long time since we directly exchanged messages - are you on the .NET path yet or are you looking at other tools in addition to VFP?
