A slight change of subject, had you seen the footage of the soldier just back from iraq who surprises his son at his school? amazing scene. have a great weekend.

>It will be interesting to see what does occur. Granted, he is considered to have lied based on the interrogation results (oh gosh, don't go there) and declassified documents. Not sure either source is reliable.
>Has Dick Cheney been the master evil mind pulling the strings behind the President all along? Will he take the fall? Hmmmm.. Has the President been knowingly involved in misleading the public all along? Is he a dunce for allowing it to happend? Either case makes us the laughingstock of the world (and we owe a great debt to Iraq and cannot leave until that country is secure and safe)

I do not have personal knowledge as to whether or not Cheney actually KNOWS the truth and distorts it, or was told something different and spoke based on that incorrect knowledge. I'm leaning towards the first, however, who would be stupid enough to lie about something that could eventually be disproven? Who would be stupid enough to have others working under him get away with lying to him? Either way, it is BADDDDDDDD.... Why are you asking me? I have never blindly supported Dick Cheney... I think there is a problem on this forum with attacking Bush at every turn no matter what (not that he and his administration is not guilty for a LOT - I even called for his impeachment here on the UT in the past. You should be able to find it), but I have never blindly supported the administration. Did I miss something?

However, I really don't know and I think it may be the case that we may never know for sure. It is hard to believe a President could intentionally lie about such serious things, but then, oh yeah, I must be living in a dreamworld....
