Try downgrading to Citrix ICA client version 8.0 or earlier. The problem occurs when the Citrix "Universal Print Driver" is used, and at least on my computer, the 8.0 client causes the HP LaserJet 4500 driver to be used instead. If that doesn't work, try to change the printer driver from the printer properties or using Citrix policies. I don't know the details of how to do all that, and the tech people for my client aren't being very helpful, but one way or another, you need to get the Universal Print Driver out of the picture.
