I guess you haven't read enough of my posts. I'll give you one example. When Visual Studio 2005 went into beta, I tore apart the install process in my blog. It was horrible. The guy that was in charge of it found my post through web searches and emailed me directly to say it would be fixed. It was and the install in the final product has been fixed.
