Even if no v10 comes out of it, we may have some kind of REAL solution that may be more accepted for the future and the community.

I offered other budgeted solutions(see my blog) that could work for both parties that will put Microsoft in a better position.

Example of a petition: Fox canceled "Family Guy" but a petition force them to put it back on the schedule. It showed that consumers can win and we can if people sign the petition.
