Just a word of advice. Whichever framework you choose, don't make the mistake of counting on it to be a silver bullet that will immediately allow you to create complex applications over night. Frameworks, like any other tool (perhaps even more so) involve a learning curve. It will save you a lot of time in the end, but you must invest the time to learn it first. You have to spend time to save time.

I've heard of Visual MaxFrame but they have told me there are other in the public domain. I need one that's easy to use but does not slow the application performance. I would appreciate any opinion and where I can get a copy of them.
