http://www.tecnick.com/public/code/cp_dpage.php?aiocp_dp=xhtmltranscoder, it is java based. You can turn it into a .NET Assembly using ikvmc

with ikvm:
ikvmc xhtmltranscoder.jar
It builds a xhtmltranscoder.dll and then you can use it as any other assembly. Remember to put the ikvm runtime in the same directory or add it as a reference.
