Aka logorrhea. There's a disease, logeria (tried all spellings I could think of but couldn't find it), which is manifested in incessant speech. Logorrhea was invented by Milovan Danojlić in his book "Trouble with words" (about newspeak habits of politicians, reporters, media people, and plebeians who imitate them), but I can't remember whether it was meant to rhyme with diarrhea or gonorrhea.
