Hi Jermyn,

sorry about being slow to respond, I was away for a long weekend.

I never actually ended up using any of the ActiveXes discussed in that thread, other paying work caught up with me and I have not managed to implement the drawing functionality in my application that I want to. Where I left off was trying the GDI sample stuff in the VFP Solutions Sample. Maybe you can look at the GDIPlusX project on codeplex.com (http://www.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?ProjectName=VFPX&title=GDIPlusX) and possibly Cesar Chalom's blog (http://weblogs.foxite.com/cesarchalom/) as he has done a lot of work with it.

Looking at the little write up on the active X it does not look like free hand drawing is available.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

>Thanks Frank for your respond, now tell me about this UCCDrawStd activex. Were you able to control file name and save it into the database? Can you control what tools are available at run time? Does it have the free line drawing function?
