Vast majority? That's a pretty strong statement.
Sure, we have all known some hacks whose M.O. is to keep slinging code at an app until it kinda, sorta works. OO is a frequent blind spot. But I have also known a lot of very good VFP developers, many of whom don't hang out online.
The other point I would make is that many who are still using VFP do so because they think it's the best tool, not because they can't learn anything else.
