Vlad remarked about Red-Gate. Let me state that the VSTS is piss poor in the trials of a friend here in Memphis when compared to Red-Gate's products.

Red-Gates price is in the 300 USD range and the product ROCKS! the VSTS product is in the 5000 USD range and it is inconsistent when applying Schema, SPs or UDFs between servers.
