Yes, I agree, what he said was disgusting. I think a 2 week suspension is appropriate. Best way to hurt Imus is to not let him on the air for awhile. (if it had been my choice, I might have gone as high as a month, to send a clear message).

I make a distinction between stupid racist comments and racism.

I listened to some of the exchange between Imus and Sharpton - Sharpton is an opportunist and IMO worse than Imus.
