The next generation of PDA's (several out already) will be able to run the full XP, which makes running VFP Apps a no brainer. If you have to deal with existing PDA's using WinCE your choices are..
1) Make a VFP web app, run over cellular modem/wifi
2) Terminal services, WinVNC, Remote Desktop
3) .NET or 3rd party form program for WinCE using VFP data
