I dug into this a bit this morning. It turns out that Code References doesn't look at the Class or ClassLib field, which is what's needed to find this info. It's a fairly easy change to the code to handle it.

Add this to the DoSearch method of RefSearchForm in FoxRefSearch_Form.PRG:
IF !EMPTY(Class)
m.lSuccess = THIS.FindInText(Class, FINDTYPE_NAME, ;
   NVL(cRootClass, cClassName), cObjName, ;
   SEARCHTYPE_EXPR, UniqueID, "CLASS", .T.)
ENDIF 
Then rebuild the APP and point to the new copy.
