In the wrong place at the wrong time? From what I have read one guy was not there, and so is probably really innocent, but this party was held IN THEIR HOUSE.
I never said anything about them being legally culpable. The only thing that made it more than "boys will be boys" and got the attention of the law, and then the media, was the woman's claim that she was raped. You better not say it shouldn't have been investigated.
