I am trying to bring an old vfp 6 app, up to date but I get a compile error on this bit of code.

SCATTER MEMO MEMVAR TO lacurrent

lacurrent was not defined previously but it is referred to later on.

lnfcount = ALEN(lacurrent)

I'm thinking I should just remove the "memvar"
