Positive. Randy was never head of the group. Before YAG it was Ricardo.
Randy wasn't even the technical lead. He was the Program Manager...basically he was responsible for writing the specs and project management duties. That's what Milind is doing today.
Technically, all the Fox team, at least during the 9.0 release (I'm not sure when the move actually occurred), were on the VS team and VFP fell under the umbrella of Visual Data Tools. It's still under that group today.
