I just went throught this on a smaller scale and was just trying to tag our department's initials to the beginning. Refactoring doesn't work with Namespace renaming. Search and replace does to a point. Be sure to recompile afterward and get ready to dig if there are errors. I think if you are more specific in your S & R there'll be less problems than what I had.
