Hi everybody,

For some unknown reasons I often see ' and other characters shown as a black box with some characters inside. Right now even the "Today's news" topic on the Dashboard shows this strange character.

I'm using IE7, saw this problem with other browsers as well.

Do you know, what may be the reason and how can I get rid of it?
