Well, to be exact they do know how many licenses are sold in every part of the planet. But This no equals to number of developers.

Ok .. my aprox numbers (I did corrections today hecks)

Number of FoxPro licenses worldwide 200,000
Number of FoxPro licenses in Latam 50,000

Getting the number of developers is a difficult one, you must add people who don't buy a legal licenses and substract people who yet don't use Fox.

This is a guess:

Number of Fox developers worldwide 300,000+
Number of Fox developers in Latam 60,000

Doing some medias for our MasFoxPro page sign list, the affected PCs by the MS decision could be similar to:

40,000,000 PCs (40 Million)
3,000,000 Servers (3 Million)

Also I had to admit that Microsoft did know the numbers in Latam (perhaps they noted well what us at PortalFox sended to him time ago).
