I am in the process of making the views a little smaller by breaking up the tables into smaller tables. I will also use your info when building my views. I never thought about the where clause in the update of a view. The odd thing though is that I never got the error when I did a tableupdate manually, just when I exited the form, is this because something is different in the closing of the dataenvironment vs. manual updates?!
