Ok, I take it back. I can reproduce the problem if I open the form from the Search Results form (Search form/Search Results/Main form). In this sequence pressing x at the top corner of the form produces a "no" sound and the form refuses to close. It can be closed from the toolbar close button, though.

If I call the form as a New ticket (e.g. not from the other form), it does work just fine...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
