SIRI currently has a float of 1.43 Billion shares.
As of 1/1/2006 Stern had 31,250,000 shares.

That means if he hasn't sold any he would have ~51 million shares or apx 3.5% of the float. I'd expect that a good portion of those shares have found their way into the market.
