Yes, I too was impressed by Naomi's advices. I think they were quite sophisticated and really pointing to the cause of the problem. Vista is troublesome because a new type of Admin appears to have been introduced. Being an Administrator gives us all the idea that we have full control over the machine, but no longer this seems to be true for Vista. And that causes this kind of trouble.
