Mike, they should get on with either to funding the war or not. At least they would be able to say that they did something meaningful. But they can't even do that without stepping all over each other.

If the White House did what it sure looks like they did they could be in a world of trouble. As Watergate should have taught everyone, the cover-up can get you in a lot more trouble than the original transgression.
