If they have unprotected sex, it won't be because the government didn't GIVE them condoms, it will be because they wanted it all. Unfortunately, kids think they are invincible, just like you and I did when we were teenagers. That is a dangerous thing.

With regard to the "kids aren't stupid" comment, there was a documentary on the tube a few years ago in which teens were intereviewed about just this subject. One girl, when asked whether she was worried about getting pregnant, replied that she wasn't because "I don't do it that often."
