The great myth of the current administration and the media. While there are many young kids today really practicing abstinence as a primary means of birth control, it is also the big joke in high schools today. It is more common to use a birth control method that works. I cannot count the number of highschool girls I know who on their own get prescriptions without their parents knowledge. Very sad (that it must be done without their parents assistance and counseling), but kids will do what they must and usually what they want. Most cities have either a Planned Parenthood site or a Womens' Wellness clinic available.

>The investigation was executed in order of the american congress. Thousands of teenagers in Florida, Wisconsin, Virginia and mississippi were interviewed, both in cities as outside.

>The bush government spend each year about 87 million dollar for education of sexual abstinence.

>It must be me, but anyone who has been a teenager and lived like one, should have know that at forehand.
