A client has been in touch and the only info I have is that they've had an Internal consistency error when trying to run our very old FPD26 app (NOT written by me - but for my sins I have to support it!)

Of course, Help says to note what you (the programmer) were doing when the error occurred and get in touch with MS support (through what channels, or to what team specifically - no word - typical Help explanation).

I should point out that they've recently had a licence update, with some minor tweakings to some of the s/w, though it is a great whopping menu-driven system and I don't know whether they were goofing with any of the changed stuff.

Can anybody shed some light/experience on this elusive error?
