Maybe a VFP bug?

I've tried to place a This.WindowState = 2 command in the Load form event and it works correctly. For now, you can do this way.

PS: I've looked your site and saw that you don't changed the icons from Outlook2003Bar sample. There's a pageframe named "Panes" inside Outlook2003Bar container and every Page inside them has two properties (Picture16 and Picture24) that you can change to show another images. Also, you can change the number of pages changing PageCount property.
