Everything seems to work correctly if I make the middle form (Search Results) to be modeless too. Now, if I can only figure out what was my reasoning for making it modal (I believe there were some reasons).

Anyway, looks like I can have all 3 forms modeless and then the ActiveX behaves.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
