Strange, this is usually preceeded by Setup Error XXX. Anyway, is it safe to assume your not using any long file or folder names? BTW: There was an update to the Setup Wizard that was on the 5.0a CD, but not on the service packs. You can find it at the MS-VFP site in the owners area.
