The two products I'm aware of are Cryptor and NetLib. We use NetLib because its unlimited license is $700, and they're located in the US. Cryptor wants $1200 for unlimited licensing and they're located in the UK which means odd support hours. Both are flls and both work on the fly.

Well, now the user's having problems with people going in and changing the tables through foxpro instead of through the app. The user wants to encrypt the tables. The only thing I can think of at this point is to write an encrypt/decrypt routine and go through and decrypt every read and sql and then encrypt the results. Horrible! Anyone know of some third party thing that will perhaps make my life easier.
