Don't believe Disney, that has racoons in England, in "101 dalmatians", racoons only exist in N. America AFAIK. We have foxes and seagulls who rip our bin bags open but no-one wants to shoot them!

As for your question: I don't care a hoot for people who want to shoot some poor doe-eyed critter, what's the need to practise marksmanship when there's no need to shoot anyway, what you mean "collect"?

As for protect the family, M's Turkish laws seem to allow for that if under threat.
