"He Who Must Not Be Named" is one of several names used for Tom Riddle (Lord Voldemort). Most wizards and witches are afraid to call him by his name.

From Wikipedia: "The seventh and last book in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is scheduled to be released on 21 July 2007.[3] Publishers announced a record-breaking 12 million copies for the first print run in the US alone.[4]"

Book 6 and 7 are supposed to form almost a single unit, in the sense of story continuation. As you may remember, Book 6 left many "open threads".
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
